Consignor Agreement
I understand that items that are not accepted for consignment must be picked up within 7 days of my notification, or those items will become the sole property of Shoreline Kids Consignment and will be donated to charity.
I understand that Shoreline Kids Consignment determines the acceptability of each item and its selling price. I, the consignor, will receive 50% of the final selling price of each item.
I understand that the consignment period lasts for approximately six months and during the last 30 days of the consignment period my unsold items will be marked 50% off.
I understand that after the six month consignment period, I can elect to pick up my unsold items. I understand that I will have 7 days to do so after notifiction that items are ready, before items become the sole property of Shoreline Kids Consignment and may be donated to charity.
I understand that I will earn 50% cash amount of final sale price of each item sold.
I understand that payout is once per month. I can elect to be paid via Venmo, Zelle or mailed check. I can request my earnings as store credit at any time.
I understand that items are left at my own risk. Damage to items is very rare but can occur.
I understand that all pick up's of consignor's unsold/unlisted items will only be available for pick up, if applicable, in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We are unable to ship unsold/unlisted items.
